Positioning

Brand pillars

Three pillars carry the positioning. Every campaign, page and message should lean on at least one and contradict none.

  1. 1

A real person by your side

  2. 2

Your whole team in your corner

  3. 3

Weight as part of your whole health

1. A real person by your side

The lead pillar and the sharpest point of difference.

Every member gets a dedicated health coach: one named person, not an app or an AI chatbot. They check in every week on WhatsApp and the member can message them any time with a question or a worry. Only a real health coach can reassure someone through their first weight loss treatment, because reassurance is a human act.

The community is part of this. Members are invited into a WhatsApp group of people on the same treatment, and the coaches are in it too. It is the second proof that we are supportive: a real person by your side, and real people around you.

What it looks like

The same person every week, so nobody has to explain themselves twice. The coach who signs off the welcome email sends the first message, remembers that week two was rough and asks about week three. At a low moment, the reply comes from someone who knows their name and journey.

2. Your whole team in your corner

The coach is the front door to a wider medical team.

Private GP appointments are included in membership, and members can also book physio, a nutritionist and mental health support through Medicspot. Side effects at 3am? Book a GP. A knee that is complaining now that you are walking more? See a physio. Food feels complicated? Talk to a nutritionist.

What it looks like

The coach spotting when a member needs more than coaching and making the introduction, rather than the member having to work out who to ask.

3. Weight as part of your whole health

A medical matter and part of someone's overall health, not a cosmetic project or a test of character.

Weight affects sleep, energy, joints, mood and blood sugar, and when it comes down they tend to improve with it. That is why we talk about health rather than just the number on the scale.

What it looks like

Talking about energy, sleep and getting back to things people had given up on, alongside the number on the scale.
